Love the rooms and the price is right. My experience with Janice at the front desk has been nothing but the best! She’s very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Any issue I had she made sure it was resolved.

Due to a medical emergency my husband was required to stay at the hotel at short notice. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The service went above and beyond- they helped us find discount codes, allowed late checkout, let us borrow a phone charger, and were overall SO accommodating and helpful! We were going through a challenging time and the Marriott staff made things so much easier!

Realize it's a newer hotel, but I was very impressed by this hotel. Good layout, rooms were very well appointed. The blackout shades made us all oversleep - not a bad problem in our case! Short Uber trip to campus (what we were there for). Having the market right next door was convenient. Will be back.

Room was fine- upgraded, but literally had to walk over a significant amount of homeless on the sidewalk, hotel staff didn't care. I would never let my wife be there alone. If you're a single traveler, beware, stay somewhere else. I had a gun vase with 3 guns, and still not happy.

Worst hotel experience in a while, there were actual feces/vomit on the comforter and other gross marks throughout the room. Manager took days to respond to complaint and then offered an insulting credit of very few points. As many people are aware many viruses and disease spread through contact with human feces/vomit. So this disturbing stay at this hotel is going to cost me quite a bit in doctors visits to ensure I didn't contract hepatitis or something even worse ( I am pregnant and hepatitis infection while pregnant can risk my life and my babies life). I am livid to even have to worry about this risk because of negligence on the cleaning staff.

Terrible customer service at this place. I booked a room for a Wednesday night when I was in town for a work event. When I went to check in after our work event and dinner, I found out they had cancelled my reservation along with rooms of a couple other people at my company who were also staying for one night. Not sure what the reason was other than there were some people in our group that stayed Tuesday night as well so they assumed those of us staying one night were not going to show maybe. Instead of trying to remedy the situation or try to find another hotel for me to stay at for the night the front desk staff looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and was trying to lie to them about booking a room. I ended up leaving and driving an hour home at about 10pm because I had nowhere to stay for the night. Completely ridiculous behavior. The hotel itself looks nice and new but unfortunately I can't comment on the room quality as they did not allow me to stay in one.

Horrible experience staying here, there was no hot water, internet kept dropping, house keeping didn’t clean properly, hotel staff was incredibly unfriendly, an overall horrible experience. Properties like these make the Marriott brand look bad, save your money and time and stay elsewhere.

Here for my reunion and this was the perfect spot. I haven't been home in years so this was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Newer clean rooms, easy check-in process, and a big grocery store right next door. The room includes a small fridge, microwave, and a white noise machine. The TV is the space is also newer allowing you to login to Netflix or YouTube, and easily clearing your credentials for peace of mind.We stayed on a Sunday night and only saw less than 10 others out and about in downtown Lansing. Super quiet outside and in the room.Parking is $14 per night.Would definitely book again.Nearby activities: Lansing Lugnuts FieldState Capitol
