The hotel is a older facility that is well maintained and clean. The location next to a major freeway does create road noise.Rooms: The rooms are large, however the layout creates a smaller bathroom.Nearby activities: A large outdoor shopping center is located in the area.Safety: The general area appears to be safe.Walkability: The immediate area is not very walkable.Food & drinks: The availability of both food and beverage services is limited

This hotel was just ok. Renovated on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms were old. Sheets were really worn (pilled) and shower didn’t really work. I think we were seriously one of the few people that were in the entire hotel.

I would not stay here if I were you. I worked here for a year and have many reasons I wouldn’t stay here. First off, they have the housekeepers in and out of the rooms as fast as possible to save money for labor costs (they already have low wages) so therefore, the showers do not get cleaned at all how they should be and the drains stay clogged. There are crumbs left behind and under the couches and this has attracted an ant problem in so many rooms.The elevator is constantly down and they take forever and a day to get it fixed. Housekeepers aren’t allowed to pay attention to detail so if the linen has small stains they have to flip the pillow over so it isn’t visible. The bistro also has an ant problem as no one is allowed to stay and clean thoroughly each shift. There is no proper training on food storage, temperatures meat should be cooked at, etc. There are multiple instances of sketchy people staying there with no card on file and they cause so many disturbances that we lost our contract with Endeavor, an airline company. The food is way overpriced for the quality you deserve. They let go good staff and keep the more inexperienced ones because they don’t know any better, or they must just know not to say anything. The pool is ice cold and that’s when it is working, 80% of the time it’s down. It is a glorified red roof inn. I’d steer clear

This hotel checked all the boxes. Staff went above and beyond to assist with everything. Clean rooms and good food. Will return!

This Courtyard is in a great location but that is the best you can say about this property. The pool and elevator were out during our stay. The hallways smelled and our room was dirty upon entering (hair on the bed and someone's key in our room). Our room smelled like incense was used to cover up someone smoking. The smell was so bad we had to keep the windows opened during our 2 day stay. Stopped at the front desk to report the cleaning concern and ask for extra towels (there were 4 of us listed on the reservation and only 2 towels) and the staff said they didn't have any extra towels and insisted that the room was cleaned. The room had 1 lamp and 1 small trash can. Very dark even with the blinds and the lamp on. No breakfast. The hotel is in need of a massive update and management does not care about their guests (my guess is this is a franchise and not owned by Marriott). I would not stay at this property or recommend this property to anyone.

Read the reviews. I wish I had before booking. Drove 5hrs and arrived at 3am. The hotel was wide open (safety issue) and no one was at the front desk. A posted number with a BRB sign was there, I called it 10 times within a half hour to no answer.Called corporate, they called the hotel, I answered the hotels reception phone as there was no one to be found. Corporate waived the cancellation fee and I will never be returning to this location again.It's amazing it's under the Marriot umbrella as it's more of a painted Red Roof Inn.

Not the typical quality of a Courtyard. Appears to be some previous hotel now turned into a courtyard. Pool and business center were closed. Bar was not stocked - no vodka. Apparently under new management, needs some improvement.

Titanium for life and ambassador status for the last several years. The staff is nice, but this place plays homage to your 1980s homecoming night with Chaad.So much for the decor, the internet works well - don't even order stuff from the bar. The free toiletries that one expects at a Marriott property is kept under lock and key at the front desk.The staff looks like they are on gummies or wish they were anywhere but here. When I saw that the pool was closed it was a red flag...see below.This property is owned by a subsidiary who pays for name and likeness. They don't care as long as they are making money. The property is in disrepair to what one expects in 2020.For me the tub was a dead giveaway. If you're in your 40s or 50s, remember how hard it was to take a shower when you were a kid on a sloped tub? Guess what.. have fun with that ride!

After the initial communication to book a wedding block all messaging stopped. I emailed my contact on a couple occasions after the block period had ended to get a detailed list of who booked for the block and to inquire about shuttle service. Eventually the contact replied that he moved to another property and that 2 others CC'd on the email could help. After they didn't follow up, I reached out to both of them for the room list and shuttle service but never received a reply. The room itself was fine, but no effort was made to upgrade us on our wedding night. Our guests drove themselves since the hotel didn't reply prior to the wedding day (still haven't). I also called multiple times because we left something in the room. One help desk employee answered and said he'd call back but I have yet to hear from them. Overall a pretty disappointing experience with an otherwise well-known property. We've booked our honeymoon at another Marriott property elsewhere so I hope that stay is more enjoyable.

Stay away! One of the worst hotel experiences in my life. My mother had to switch rooms after seeing mold and the room they switched her to also had mold. The bathrooms are the worst I've seen in any hotel... they are dated, there is mold in and around bathrooms, and the rooms smell of awful mold and mildew. Marriott should be ashamed to have this as a part of their portfolio. I think neglected is the perfect way to describe this hotel.We stayed there 2 nights and saw multiple people switching rooms. While Marriott did respond quickly to my complaints, there first offering to make the situation right was offering 10k in rewards points. After another follow up on my end, they also said they would refund a single night of 1 room (of 4 total paid nights (2 rooms x 2 nights)) due to the fact that I did not complain in person. They said has I complained in person, they could have done something to make us more comfortable. I said the fact that they offer these rooms at all, is not okay. I would encourage someone in corporate to stay in one of these and see if they would change their tune. So disappointed - please do yourself a favor and check out another option for this area!

So to start the lady working the desk felt the need to take 15 min to finish her smoke before coming in to help me. Mind you i thought she was a guest when i pulled up and saw her outside so I am pretty certian she noticed me. By the time she came in it became obvious she wasnt just smoking a cigarette as she was high as hell!! 15 min later she checked me in mind you now i have been here for almost 40 minutes and just want a shower and to relax. Elevator doesnt work, perfect. O wait the pool doesnt work either, ok ill get work done yah good luck business center is down i booked this place because they had one and i needed to print a study guide. Guess ill just spend time in my outdated semi clean room. Then the damn ice machine is down. Seriously does anything is this hotel work?? I spent 150$ and would have been better off sleeping in my truck. Place is a joke!!!!!!!!! Dont wast your money!!
