This store can only assist customers if their issue can be resolved on their current phone. They can not add or cancel lines, and they can not sell anything.
This store should not be open, or there should be some disclaimer about their lack of capabilities.
This review in no way speaks to the people running the store, just the owner and management.

Due to an incompetent employee who did not properly cancel a line after the user of the line passed away I was overcharged TWO TIMES the normal price of my bill. After a combined 30 minutes on hold with customer service, they acknowledged that this was an employee error but REFUSED REFUND OR CREDIT to my account.

Unfortunately, I can't give much of a review for Cricket. Though looking directly at us, the customer service rep wouldn't speak to us. Ignoring us for a loud couple that walked all over the store yelling at one another. The rep wasn't overwhelmed, we were just bottom priority. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere, and we won't be back. I prefer the retailer on Michigan & Foster.

Worst customer service at this location and the west side store. My husband whom pays for the service was treated poorly and unfairly. Staff was unprofessional, they barely could help us and accused us of fraud for a service they said provided. Absolutely disappointed and will Never recommend this company. This is not how you treat long time customers.

Incredibly nice and knowledgeable people. They were able to get me on the phone I wanted plus put me on an affordable plan with a free case. No matter where you go you will have to pay for service one way or another. This just happens to be more affordable and more reliable than big box stores such as Sprint or ATT

I got a Motorola phone from these guys. It's absolute garbage. Only a small portion of Facebook is accessible. For some odd reason Google Play needed a password in order for me to update the app. After attempting five times to input the password suddenly it wanted to update the app without the password. Only a small portion of Facebook is available through this phone. It says it either doesn't have service or the content is unavailable. You could say that this is just a small issue with the network however Facebook works just fine on my Galaxy s23fe and on my hpvictus.

I was just in this store and Morgan waited on me very outgoing person. She obviously spent a lot of time switching my service. I did not want to change my number however my former phone provider would not help at all. Morgan went above and beyond her job to help. There was another woman Paige that helped and even though we did not get to save my number Paige noticed how frustrating it was getting told me my options and I was out the door with great customer service. These girls have remarkable customer service and I'm a life long customer because of these 2 ladies.

I was happy to find this little gem of a wireless store. Little Miss Morgan was so helpful. They also have some awesome sales going on now. For new customers and current ones.

Awesome experience at this store !!! Morgan (store manager) tried extremely hard to get my locked up phone to wake up. After every effort did not work, she worked with me on selecting a new phone that I'm very pleased with. She even spent time setting up a download through google of my old photos. Highly recommend this store and her as a very knowledgeable and personable manager !!
