Thank you for your help today. When I arrived I was given some bad news I wasn't expecting. My repair was completed same day and the communication was good. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the person checking me out explained everything that was done to make things better. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in a bad situation.

We have purchased two new vehicles from Crippen and are still very happy with their sales and their service department. Today I had an oil change and tire rotations which took only 30 minutes. I just drove up to the garage bay and they did the rest. Very happy!

I had an issue today at Crippen Auto. Took my car in for an oil change and my car got stuck up on the hoist for over 4 hours. They had to call in a crew to fix it. Crippen was very concerned and considerate of the situation and bent over backwards to get me to the errands I had to run and take me home. Adam the Service Advisor was extremely apologetic and could not have been kinder. I was relieved I finally got my car back later in the afternoon.
