Jim really did his thing, going as far as to offer home delivery and online paperwork when he picked up on my frustration with finding the time to get schedules aligned. Had a car in our driveway like 24 hours later. We'll be back in a few years to get another! Thanks again!!

If you get your vehicle serviced here expect to be back from their deliberate junk parts and not replacing seals on internal components. You will be leaking broke down months later.

Had a great vehicle purchasing experience at Crippen. The sales people and especially the Sales Manager were incredible to work with. The group was extremely accommodating with all our questions and requests. We will look forward to working with the group again on our next vehicle purchase.

I took my vehicle in for repair after someone dented my door in a parking lot. The service I received was excellent. The staff were super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The vehicle was repaired quickly and they worked with my rental company to make everything smooth. I can't fault the service or the quality of repairs.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The process was very smooth and done in a timely manner. Ask for Claire she was especially helpful, I think she ended up grabbing me 3 waters and graciously offered to drive my old car back for me when I decided not to turn it in. She is a rockstar!
