  I visited this facility on the 8th of September. There were 2 really pleasant young ladies there. I wrote their names down so I would remember. When you receive great customer service these days, it needs recognition. Kendria, and April were there, both were extremely polite, super helpful, kind, and informative. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the units are priced fairly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company! A1 all around

  they are telling me i owe them over six hundred dollars because my bank disputed 244.00 of an over five hundred dollar charge they placed on my card. i do not know why the bank did this, likely related to the response to a fraud alert i opened with my bank due to an alleged online lender perpetrating wire fraud (electronic deposit of fake checks), and any transaction that looked incorrect got disputed. another transaction that was disputed was in fact legitimate, and i intend to reimburse the merchant.
  
  and i will protect my property by paying the full amount billed, but:
  as the bank records do not support the claim, i will file suit for the difference, plus ask punitive damages.

  The whole process from registration, move-in, move-out, and check out was smooth and stress free. The property was clean and the unit was easy to access.

  This building has no clear signage for the entrance besides the gate for outdoor units. Once you finally find the hidden drive on the side of the building, you’ll be met with another lack of signage inside for where your unit is. If you go on a Sunday for your first time, good luck. The office isn’t open and the customer service isn’t available either. The building is supposed to be “temperature controlled”, yet I did not see a single floor lower than 75°. The building also was old, smelly, and not clean in my opinion.
