Easy and ontime same day pick, who will not love it, while the okemos one in target, takes the whole day to prepp up and then after asking them long time, they push it to Mac Ave at lansing & there also i get the same day. So its easy and show your extra reward coupons and keep moving.

Rob and crew were fantastic!! Transferring my prescriptions online from Iowa to this store was a breeze, they were filled quickly. Rob really went above and beyond. Very glad this will be my go-to pharmacy from now on, they do a great job.

I am really appalled with the treatment I received from the pharmacy at this location. My medication was on back order at my normal pharmacy so I called CVS to see if they had it in supply, or had any coming in. The pharmacist said they weren’t going to fill it for new clients, that existing clients came first. I have never heard anything like this before from any pharmacies I have ever gone to. I proceeded to ask a follow up question, to inquire what other steps I could take, or how long it would be until I’m considered an established client, and she hung up on me when I was mid-sentence. This rude, disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. Do Better, CVS.

I used this pharmacy since I moved to Lansing and I rarely had any issues filling up my prescriptions. Sadly, I changed jobs and my new insurance doesn’t have a contract with CVS so I am going to Walgreens now which is terrible compared to this CVS.

We have filled our prescriptions at this pharmacy for YEARS and are consistently impressed with the level of service and care from the staff. Rob (pharmacist) has been our go-to guy for years whenever we have a question or concern about a prescription - he is always kind and goes above and beyond to help. Chris (pharmacy assistant) is amazing to work with and always knowledgeable. On this particular day we had were having a terrible experience with a mail order pharmacy through our insurance (we should have known better, but foolishly thought it might be easier to get a 3 month supply by mail). The pharmacist, Deborah, was SO kind and helpful, even after repeated calls and several questions. She was patient, kind, and really cared! Can not recommend this pharmacy enough!!
