Always a good time for the kids and even adults who want a workout. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. Facilities are clean also. Good place to have events.

This place was super dirty and all the workers do is sit down and be on there phone I was treated very rudely and when I canceled my membership it still kept taking my money

Almost all the trampolines are gone! They took the best parts away for a basketball court.. I don't understand. Ripped equipment and electrical cords on what trampolines they did have left, all while children were bouncing on said trampolines. Live electrical cords. Isn't that crazy? There was no staff actually watching the bounce area. What staff they did have weren't enforcing rules, group of teens were piggy backing eachother. Running into little kids. Laying on trampolines so people couldn't bounce there and bouncing on trampoline squares little kids were already on. The lockers were taken away and replaced with little cubbies in a long halway. Nowhere safe to put valuables. The glow bounce wasn't turned on until multiple requests were put in an hour after starting time. Too expensive for all the stress

There was a billing issue with my membership at the Lansing location. I called and spoke with Dustin who was extremely polite, helpful and upbeat. The staff have always been welcoming and accommodating for my children and I!

Waiver for the trampoline park requires you to agree to take your video and photo that they can do whatever they please with- cannot access the park without it. When the staff was questioned about it said it was for the security cameras- but not the verbiage in the agreement said that.90 minute jump is rather pricy and they charge for gripper socks that are required.Aside from that, the children enjoyed the park.

Get the elite pass unless you are really only going once. This is a great place for my kids to run some energy off. We try and go every weekend. Make sure you keep an eye on the school calendar because it gets really busy on days off and long weekends.

Great place to bring the kids to burn off energy and have some fun. Besides jumping they have dodgeball, climbing walls, jumps, tightrope and other obstacles. Recommend coming early or late, as the peak hours are very busy. Admission is 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. A good number of places for adults to sit and watch the kids as well, or you can jump too. Monthly membership is a good deal if you come two or more times a month.

This place is great for the kids to play at, it lost a star, cause it says no food or drinks, yet there was countless drinks all over the place, sad to see workers just standing around talking instead of cleaning up the area.

Birthday party went great, had a great host. I just think they could do better than Domino's pizza and keep it fresher and then it is quite expensive. Like over $300 for 2 hours....

Always great! This place always has something for everyone. Whether it's a small trampoline, or an obstacle course, there is always fun to be found! Love coming here. Staff are chill, bathrooms are clean, great place!

Such a fun place for the kids to get their energy out! And, a great place for parents to relax while watching their kids. A little pricey, so we don't go often. But it's great!

Good place for a 3 and 9 year old to release energy for hours. Lots of space to run wild and several ways to jump into stuff. There were a couple of closed sections and very little staff on the floor, but there is a new playground structure the kids liked.Surprisingly busy for a Monday, but it was during summer break.

Awesome deal for a trampoline park. We got the membership and have gone 5+ times in a month. The best part is that my 13yo enjoys it as much as my 6yo and it’s not easy finding things to do that they both like.

Don't sign up for their membership unless you're ready to commit to multiple months! Even if you cancel before the end of the billing period, they will bill you for a whole extra month before they will actually stop charging you. Pretty shady practice. No where did it state this at the onset. It only stated you could cancel at anytime. Well, apparently you can cancel but can't actually stop being charged for it until an extra billing cycle after you cancel. I had a membership for a few months and cancelled about a week before the month ended (so already paid for that full month), but they won't stop charging me until after next month.
