This is a wonderful facility with tons of inventory, friendly and creative staff. There’s glass blowing and fusing classes and everything you could imagine related to those things. Lots of inspiration and joy to be found here.

I am a beginner at fused glass and told the clerk that when I was at the store . I bought a candy dish mold and was told easy to make - spent ~60 $ on the mold . Worked with my mentor, that has fused and worked with glass for over 20 years, and ended up with nothing that looked like a candy dish. So I’ve wasted at least $20 in glass I wasted $60 on the mold and when I called customer service I pretty much got a “oh so sorry.”- not very helpful. I suggested they talk to their staff about what is truly easy and not easy to a beginner and had no response to that. I will not go to Delphi again . I made at least 4 phone calls between Delphi and the mold manufacturer - wrote down all their instructions ( would have been helpful when they sold me this if they would have mentioned you need a kiln with a window to watch this glass slump ) once again - told the clerk I was new to this . If she thinks this mold is easy and basic - she needs some education. I am so frustrated with Delphi’s customer service and their misleading of products. If you’ve used the mold - not returnable - how do you know if it works unless you attempt to use it ?? Uggggg!!

Delphi Glass is such a great space. My partner and I recently completed the One Day Beginning Stained Glass class with Roy for our anniversary and needless to say we are hooked!The store itself is large with many beautiful pieces to drool over while you’re making your selection.Roy is a phenomenal teacher, he is kind, patient, and always willing celebrate your successes. He’ll weep with you over the way glass can humble you, too!We can’t wait to be back for other classes and project materials.

I have online ordered supplies from Delphi for quite some time and had always wanted to visit in person. A friend and I just finished taking the mosaic table class with Roy and it was fantastic! He is a wonderful teacher. So glad we traveled for 10 hours to visit Delphi and take the class. Definitely worth the trip!

Although I have ordered from Delphi several times, my curiosity, let me to the store to check it out! What a wonderful variety, organized, and clean! There was so much that it was overwhelming, so having it organized was amazing! Any help that I needed or any questions that I may have had they were right there to answer them for me. Definitely a great place!

What an amazing experience! Roy is super knowledgeable and very helpful! He spent 2 hours showing us around and patiently explaining everything we wanted to know about. I would highly recommend you go to Delphi and spend some time there if you love glass art and want to learn more about it!

Very helpful! Answered all my questions and helped in my making decisions. Lots of beautiful glass to choose from. I purchased starter kits for fusing and for stained glass. Very happy with my choices. Can’t wait to get started!! I could have spent hours just looking at everything. Well worth the 3 hour trip up there.

My husband and I met a friend from up North for a Sunday Fusing Class! He had a blast! Could not ask for a better teacher, thanks Roy! He was patient and answered all of our questions. Would do it again in a heartbeat! <3

Just getting started in glass art, slumping and fusing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The young man that helped us went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered. The store is large with a huge selection of glass and all the tools needed. We already went back to buy more stuff!

We stopped at Delphi while on a vacation in Michigan. The store is clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I was looking for a few things that were not in the store, a nice young lady cutting glass went to the warehouse and got them for me. Upon check out I asked for a specific mold I wanted and the gal at the counter looked it up and also found it in the warehouse. The service is A1!

The bead making class we took was so much fun. The instructor Val was wonderful. She was responsive to emails prior to class . During the class she did a great job on demonstrating techniques and helping us achieve our goal of making beads. This is a pic of my sister in laws beads that she mAde into a necklace

I loved taking the Beginner’s Stained Glass class with Roy! He was such a great teacher. After a full day working on the project you will have a great grasp on all of the ins and outs! Also, they obviously have a beautiful glass selection. As I enter this new hobby, I will definitely be visiting Delphi frequently!

Always love my day outings to visit Delphi…It’s a couple hours back and forth for me. I call it “heaven” for the glass artist. Have taken a few workshops..really enjoyed those as well. Always great to learn something new. Have always had a good experience with all the folks working at Delphi. Be it up front or behind the scenes. I also enjoy watching Val and Roy’s Facebook informative videos. Always pick up on something I didn’t know.Stay Calm and Do Glass!

I have to start off by saying, their glass selection in huge ! Their employees are so nice an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and will help you with your project in every way. Can’t say enough about how well they know their products an how willing to jump right in an help you with whatever you need. GREAT PLACE-GREAT PEOPLE !
