This is a great storage unit rental facility. Mary, the manager, is wonderful to work with. Our unit was very clean when we rented it! She gave great recommendation on the best padlock to use for our unit door. We had a problem with door one time. Called Mary right away and dropped off the padlock key to her. Next day was a holiday but by early afternoon day after holiday Mary called and the door was fixed! Did I mention that Mary is a wonderful lady! The units are cheaper than the other storage unit behind Delta Self Storage! Their are cameras keeping and eye on everything! Very highly recommended Delta Self Storage!!

Delta Self Storage on Knights Inn Way in Lansing is a fantastic solution to your need for storage. Reasonably priced and expertly managed we stored our household goods for 3 months recently while we transitioned between residences. Property manager (Mary) was very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of this contract and responded to all questions or concerns. She even recommended a local moving company that turned about to be an excellent choice on both cost and service. I highly recommend Delta Self Storage for your storage solutions.

A storage facility is great if it’s secure, clean, accessible, and convenient. Delta gets high marks for all. The staff, however, can elevate the overall rating to wonderful! That’s Mary! Absolutely the BEST storage place I have ever stored my belongings at!!! I have moved over 20 times and lived in different states. I had a unit broke into and understand the importance of safe secure units. This is not only the best storage place I have rented from but the staff is amazing!! I rented a climate controlled unit for what I thought was going to be a short term storage need that turned into a four and a half year relationship. My property was safe, easily accessed whenever I needed to get to it, and Mary and the staff were wonderful the entire time. Even when I had some mixups with forgetting to send a check, or a new card when moved to autopay, they were very gracious and understanding.The facility is easy to get into, maneuver around, and safe. If you have any issues, they are taken care of, and I never had to worry about whether my things would be alright. Fully recommend.
