A storage facility is great if it’s secure, clean, accessible, and convenient. Delta gets high marks for all. The staff, however, can elevate the overall rating to wonderful! That’s Mary! Absolutely the BEST storage place I have ever stored my belongings at!!! I have moved over 20 times and lived in different states. I had a unit broke into and understand the importance of safe secure units. This is not only the best storage place I have rented from but the staff is amazing!! This place is safe, secure and clean.Thank you Mary. You are one of a kind!!

I rented a climate controlled unit for what I thought was going to be a short term storage need that turned into a four and a half year relationship. My property was safe, easily accessed whenever I needed to get to it, and Mary and the staff were wonderful the entire time. Even when I had some mixups with forgetting to send a check, or a new card when moved to autopay, they were very gracious and understanding.The facility is easy to get into, maneuver around, and safe. If you have any issues, they are taken care of, and I never had to worry about whether my things would be alright. Fully recommend.

I recently had to store my new household items purchased after a house fire while staying in a hotel. I was pretty shocked at how welcoming and sweet the staff is. Mary and Kris go above and beyond any other place I have ever seen. There is 24 hour access, however they told me if there was ever an emergency and I needed to get in after hours and could not-that I could call their emergency line. When you walk in the office it's very homey and comfortable. You can sit down and they go through everything with you. They are quick and efficient and very helpful.

Best most friendly storage place ever if you can get in here do it. I feel like there are not many units that free up very often likely because they treat you like family or better then family. Prices are also on the lower side. The storage area is clean and gated with passcode.
