I have had several storage units here over the course a decade. The staff have always been wonderful, however, what I HATE is the arbitrary way they randomly raise prices. NOT COOL. Also, it would be nice if there was some kind of customer loyalty reward for people like me who've had units there for a very long time. In this area CubeSMART is REALLY insufficient.

We’ve been renting here several years. They’ve always been willing to work with us and accommodate our needs. Alicia has been especially helpful and Ken is great too 🙂

Raised the rent by over $100. Amenities and condition of storage units do not reflect the price increase. Inflation excuses are not a good reason to raise the price any more. Companies wanting to pad there bottom lines and appease their share holders is a better excuse.
With that being said, if you absolutely need storage accommodations, find a cheaper stoarge facility in a better part of town. We also had a rodent/mouse issue-mouse droppings everywhere inside our unit.
I understand that a storage facilities ultimate goal is to make a profit. Just dont price gauge for no reason.

This place has roaches the employees will tell you they know about it and it’s from people propping the door open witch is nonsense don’t pay an outrageous amount to store your stuff with roaches to then bring it home infested I am very disappointed. Also my stuff has spider eggs all over it now too.

The staff be friendly, kind as gold,

But their rates rise fast, like a cannon’s pace!
