Suki Tran was wonderful. He explained all our options and was positive, accommodating, and a joy through a tough process. I highly recommend him for all your banking needs. DFCU has the best interest rates. We shopped around after Suki told us our options to see what other local credit unions and banks had to offer. Then we returned to him and enjoyed working with him the whole time.

I was with my sister, have been several times now. The teller's are always friendly and helpful. We have never waited in line at the drive through. Teller's complete the transactions quite quickly compared to several CU I have accounts at.

Unhelpful to businesses when a bounced check is encountered.. I called to check status of a bounced check written to me, DFCU would not provide any details unless I came in. Most good CUs and banks do this. Do not use this business

Horrible customer service on Pennsylvania in Lansing, MI. The bank manager had the nerve to try to interrogate me about a check I was cashing. If this unprofessional manager wants to interrogate people she should apply for the FBI. The clerk Rachel was just as rude, condescending, and unprofessional. If Rachel does not like her customer service job and does not have the social skills to deal with customers she should try applying to a university and switching careers. I'm not paid to be insulted by people who count money for a living. I left two messages for the regional manager and my calls were not returned. I am closing out my account and I would never recommend anyone open a account with DFCU. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a company. Steven Showman is also a huge j*** who lacks customer service skills.
