JAMIE WAS GREAT!!
I went in looking for a specific size of sweatpants, & Jamie determined that the store had them in stock, but were not in the correct spot. He spent at least 10 minutes physically tracking them down for me!!
I will definitely shop that location again in the future. :)

Highly disappointed over the level of customer service there is in this store. Having someone run a cashier on their first day is probably very over whelming for the employee. I believe that the girl that was suppose to be training her was doing her own thing. She had a blue star on her bottom chin. You couldn’t see her name on her name tag. I went through the line and had two items on sale. Of course the one item didn’t ring up on sale. The girl with the blue star asked me questions about items in a very unprofessional way and then continued to roll her eyes at me as if I was bothering her. I told her I didn’t know and then said to her it’s rude to roll your eyes at people. She stormed away and then stayed out loud in front of a store of people I’m just going off the energy that I’m getting. I asked to call a manager and she acted like she was calling one but one then never showed up. The young lady that was training on her first day I asked her what her name was and she stated I don’t know it’s my first day. The level of customer service has completely gone out the window.

I was on a hunt for a warm winter jacket at the end of the season. I found a couple options online for Dick’s so i drove to their Eastwood Towne Center location. I couldn’t find the product on my own; John was super helpful and went above and beyond to find the exact jacket and size for me. Very nice and respectable young man.
