Employee was busy playing video games instead of making customers were taken care of. By the time we were helped I was ready to go behind the counter and get the items myself. Overall very unhappy with their service especially when there were just 2 other customers in the store.

I bought 2 game systems each one I had to go back ps2 was missing the cable to connect to TV then bought ps3 get it home and power button didn't work so had to go back again and got lied to I asked don't u check these he goes yes all over when I had proof that they didn't on and off button should be one of the first things u should test they lied they refuse to.compinsat a small discount anything a free game I've spent thousands we use to.go there every week 1 to 2 a week we visit and always spend money and he openly expressed that it didn't concern him to loose a loyal customer he goes I don't see any of that money they r lazy and barely wanna work at all and that is all the employees I've met so I ask for a boycott my fellow movie watchers and gamers they need to be taught how to treat people this happened 730 pm 2/14/23 lansing location

Very disappointed with the service we received. My partner and I recently just went into the store to purchase a PS5 and when we gathered other parts to install into the PS5, my boyfriend picked up the game station to take the cover off he heard a rattling noise, as if there was a part of the game system that was broken or loose, buT upon further inspection of the device he found a roach in it, yes a bug. So needless to say we’re very unhappy with the service
