They usually do a great job. But the guy that helped me and my husband was not to bright. For one he door ding the car next to us with our door. Didn't even say a word. For second the only reason we went there was to get our tires balanced. They didn't even do that. After they said they did. What a joke and a waste of time

Incredible employees! Brought my car in because I ran over a bolt. They fixed my tire for free, gave me a free rotation and upon inspecting the other tires they found a nail in a back tire I didn't even know about. Patched that tire as well. Got me back on the road in about an hour. The best part was the service was FREE 😊
I've never been to a discount tire until today but I will never buy tires anywhere else. Cannot recommend them enough!

I came in one day for a leak in one of my tires, and I noticed it the day of and was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon for a fix. Not only that but I was able to bring my car on my lunch break and have everything done all within the hour! They’re great over there, will definitely be going again in the future!

I've been here twice already, and both times were great experiences. The first one was a tire I had to replace daystired. I got a fresh set from a different place. The damage was my fault. They got another one and replaced it in 24 hours, didn't wait that long in the shop. Month or so later, I get a piece of metal in another tire, leaking air. The tire repair was free, and I was in and out in about a half hour. Even aired up all of the tires.

I went to Discount Tire to get a tire repaired and even though the tire was not purchased at their business,they repaired it for free. I have purchased many tires over the years from Discount Tire and have always been pleased with their service, the way they treat me ,keeps me coming back to their business. Learn to tell people in your lobby there car is done. Looked behind me and saw my car was finished. No one said a word and I didn’t even get a text saying it was done until 30 minutes later. Thanks for the waste of time.

Have always been extremely satisfied with Discount Tire. I still am with their products and work. This past visit however was dampened by the customer who was allowed to bring in two dogs. Both were unleashed the entire time and roamed freely. One even saw fit to relieve itself on the floor.
