I will recommend Driven to everyone from now on! They did great work on my sunroof and fixed what they could instead of just replacing expensive parts. Everyone that works there is so friendly, understanding, and honest.

I use to come here under the previous ownership. A few months back had a small engine issue and was in and out fast and the cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. Last week huge engine problems on a different car. Towed it to a dealership that was closer to my home and because Driven couldn’t get to it as fast as the dealership. The dealership quoted price was double+ what Driven’s quote was. Had it towed back to Driven thinking I would have to wait a week,however; Driven was able to get it in ahead of schedule and the final price came in well under the quoted price. Manager Dan and the service tech were very personable and very responsive to phone calls and updates. Highly recommend Driven!

My last two mechanics closed shop back-to-back so I took a chance on Driven Auto. Had the windows (one wouldn't roll up, the other wouldn't roll down) and fuel gauge on my 2007 Buick Rendezvous repaired for a very fair price. Dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready on Monday. Dan also messaged me several times after to check in. Recently stopped by to have a headlight popped in at no cost. Excellent customer service!

This place gives good vibes and does great work on vehicles. Most mechanics are dishonest but this place will treat you well and give honest quotes on your vehicle. Their customer service representative is amazing and the manager Dan explains things in a respectful and dignified way! Keep up the good work guys
