The clothes are awesome the employees are disgusting. My sister and I went in to shop and they were loudly saying awful things about us and our children. I put several items back on the rack and left the store. I really like their clothing but I will not shop at this location.

First time in Dry Goods! Absolutely awesome customer service! Megan was beyond helpful, and was very pleasant and courteous! Thank you Dry Goods, for having such an outstanding employee something you don’t see too often these days!!

I love the store as far as fashion, however the employees there do not greet nor engage. I had this happen at the Ann Arbor store and East Lansing. I hope its not a race issue, but I did notice that they did engage with the Caucasian customers with ease. We like and can fit your clothes too. We also can afford too aswell. I with go one more time and see what happens ??

Love this store ! This has quickly become my new favorite store since discovering it a few months ago. All of the girls working are always so nice and helpful.

Love this store. However the customer service is awful. My daughter and I were literally told to leave bc it was their closing time. Not even politely asked to finish up our shopping. Super frustrating as we are at this location often.

To the girls “working” in this location- maybe you should start acknowledging your customers. I was the only person in there with 3 employees. Not ONE even bothered to say hello. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

There were 3 girls working, I was not greeted or helped. One of the girls had just finished up an interview with a girl, after the girl getting interviewed left, the three girls started talking poorly and quite loudly about the girl that was just interviewed. Very unprofessional.
