ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! The worst online customer service I have ever dealt with. Not to mention they tell you to call the local store but there is no store phone number besides the automated one that doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone. They sent my order which is a Christmas present to a store almost two hours away from me rather than the one that is within 20 minutes. Then they say they can’t help me because I have to cancel with the store and reorder. I can’t reorder because I bought the last pair and they won’t cancel it because I can’t reach the store. Then it gets worse. I chat in asking please for the love of god can you help me. They verified that my address was incorrect….i gave my home address and besides I get junk mail from them all the time so I know that’s what’s on file. He said he can’t verify me and so he can’t help me. Obviously not looking in the correct place since like I said I get junk mail from them all the time. You can’t speak to anyone at the stores and customer service is a joke. What an unprofessional business. Now my Christmas present is ruined and they don’t even care. Which why would they? They are just a soulless corporation anyways

Customer service is is a joke.. I was in this store last night with my wife.. we bought 3 pairs of shoes and the front counter person was very rude when we didn’t want to sign up for a account.. we go in to DSW maybe once every other year but mostly several years in between visits.. because guess what other places don’t treat us like crap for not singing up for there discounts.. also keep pushing like that and we can all together stop going to DSW because YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE.. we will also keep telling everyone we know to stay away if you don’t want to be treated like that!!!

Grandson needs wide shoes and the choices were very few. Boys shoes in general were very few compared to girls.

Didn't spend much time in the store because they didn't have the shoes I was looking for, but I was not even greeted by staff. They seemed annoyed to even have to answer my questions. I will not recommend, nor will I be returning.
