We worked with Kara Grossman to sell my Uncles house after his passing. We consider ourselves lucky to have found her. She was so helpful through the process and seemed to know everything about taking care of a sale for an estate. From the beginning Kara was honest and up front about the current market and educated us on what to expect. Kara Grossman was sooo good to us. We were first time home buyers having to purchase a home in a short amount of time from out of state due to a job relocation and she found us the perfect home in a great neighborhood! From the beginning Kara was honest and up front about the current market and what to expect. She helped us put together a competitive offer which ultimately beat out 20 other offers. Throughout the whole process she was transparent and honest which was very important to us being out of state buyers. She had our trust completely and she delivered! She also provided us with many different contacts in the area for mortgages, inspectors, roofers, plumbers, ect which was so helpful when moving into a new area. We will definitely be using Kara again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy realtor in the Lansing area.
