My experience at this edible arrangements was so phenomenal! The lady who manages here is a customer service professional and is customer service driven. The quality of chocolate covered banana expressed this stores necessity for excellence. 10 out of 10.

I received an email for a free edible arrangement for my birthday, so I showed up 20 minutes before they closed to pick it up (I had to wait until after work).
When I arrived, a lady was already outside of the store locking up and then drove away in the Edible Arrangements van. I went up to the store, and the hours on the door of the store even say that it closes at 7 pm. I’m not understanding why they would close earlier than their listed time.
I even called the store, but of course no one picked up. Left a voicemail, and days later, no one has returned the call. I won’t bother patronizing this business again.

Excellent customer service! I called and asked if I could pay for some extra strawberries to be dipped and the kind gentleman offered to do it for free! He even offered to throw in some extras. I’ve never received such incredible service at any other Edible Arrangements and will definitely be a return customer to this location!

I already love me some Edible Arrangements and today I want to shout out Matt and his team! My order arrived correctly and on time however my order in another state did not. Matt refunded and attempted to correct my order in another state that his team DID NOT mess up OMG!! I Love Love the Lansing team because that’s the home team, GO GREEN!!!

I really wanted some chocolate covered strawberries and went in. The service was kind and quick. He made sure that I didn’t overpay for something I didn’t need and when I tell you, those strawberries were amazing such an understatement!!!

I did not buy anything from them today, but I am shocked at the unprofessional behavior of their driver that flipped me off this afternoon. I have bought from them in the past; but I am hopeful that they convey to their drivers that while they are out in public, they are representing the company whose van they drive. Perhaps those drivers may wish to keep their personal opinions to themselves and keep disparaging hand gestures to themselves as well!
