Losing my hair has been a difficult adjustment, and I knew it was time to do something to make myself feel better about my appearance. My visit to Elegante Studio was enjoyable, and with Carol’s gentle guidance, I found the perfect wig. Carol patiently taught me about the different wig materials and construction, how to find the right fit, and how to care for my wig. I left feeling confident and pretty!

I went to look for a wig before losing my hair due to chemotherapy. Kevena, the wig consultant, was the perfect person to help me. She made it fun and I quickly found a style/color similar to, but much better than, my own hair (think, always perfectly styled and no gray!). She taught me all about the care and styling of the wig and I left feeling confident with my "new" hair.Two weeks later, I was faced with losing my hair. I took advantage of Carol, the owner's, "Elegante Hour" which is free with the purchase of a wig. It was time to get my head shaved. What was a very emotional experience was handled with such gentleness and empathy by Carol. I got a buzz cut, an exfoliating head massage, and moisturizer applied. It felt almost like a spa day. I left feeling invigorated rather than depressed.Every aspect of my experience at Elegante was positive and uplifting and I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a wig at Elegante Studio due to upcoming chemo treatments. I found the experience very pleasant. I was able to try on various styles and colors of wigs. There are many options. Carol was very helpful to me in making my choice of what looked best on me and what will be easy for me to take care of and use. I was able to get an appointment time that worked for me also.

My hair has thinned quite a bit in the past few years. I made an appointment with Carol, and she spent over an hour with me, helping me find the perfect wig. Carol booked an appointment for me with her stylist who thinned and styled the wig so that it looks great. I was self-conscious about wearing a wig, but now I don't need to feel that way. Last night I went to dinner with six friends. None of them knew I was wearing a wig!

Unfortunately zero stars is NOT an option here! This place is a joke...First of all, I would be weary of these fake perfect reviews, because this place is not worthy! Carol Peterson, the owner was very rude, unprofessional, and has no sympathy, empathy, and only cares about her HIGHER PAYING customers. Guess what, Carol? I am thankful for the technology we now have to warn others of BAD PLACES OF BUSINESS, like Elegante Wigs. She couldn't be bothered with small purchases, and rolls out the red carpet for people spending more money. Then after waiting days for a call back to get an appointment, I finally get scheduled, and went there, only to find out that she had several private rooms, and I guess she decided that I don't need privacy! She just wanted to do everything out in the open for everyone to know my personal situation! Also, she continued to try to rush me out!! And was insensitive, that she claimed it wasn't a big deal, the fact that I wanted privacy, she didn't feel like I needed it! OMG....Then, she became flustered when she realized that she wasn't going to make much money off of me, and started seeing other people ahead of me, and putting me off and helping others who were going to spend more money...DURING MY APPOINMENT!!! HOW RUDE! HOW GREEDY! HOW INSENSITIVE, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! CAROL! Then, she was getting a big attitude, that I wasted her time, because I didn't buy anything! Glad I did not give her my hard earned money...I can easily find another shop that cares about the customer, and values their business, and understands the need for privacy in this type of environment! Glad I can help people to think twice about this horrible place!
