Upon purchasing the car we were told a 2nd key would get made. Had to call to get the key made and about 4 calls later they still refuse to have the key made and I have not received the promised callback from our salesperson- Javi. I keep getting told different things every time I call and no one is willing to actually help. At the time of the sale Javi was adamant that he would take care of us and this request and that was not followed through on. I am extremely dissatisfied about this interaction. We will absolutely not be recommending this business due to the shadiness of this service.

🚨 WARNING: Over $8,500 in Repairs in Less Than 90 Days — And It STILL Needs Work!
I’m writing this to warn anyone thinking of buying from Empire Motors — DO NOT DO IT.
Just one week after purchasing my vehicle from them, it broke down and required over $2,000 in immediate repairs. Since then, I've dumped more than $6,000 into repairs in less than two months — and it STILL needs a new turbo and wastegate.
Here’s what I’ve paid so far:
🔧 Differential: $2,000
🔧 Clutch & Flywheel: $2,500
🔧 ECU: $800
❗ Turbo/Wastegate: Still needs replacement
The Bigger Issue: Deceptive Sales and a Failed Inspection
I paid for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) from AutoLab, expecting peace of mind. Instead, they completely missed a worn-out clutch that failed almost immediately — a basic issue that should have been obvious to any competent mechanic.
This raises serious questions about:
✅ The honesty of Empire Motors
🔍 The competence (or possible complicity) of AutoLab
💸 The true cost of buying a car that looks fine on the surface but is falling apart underneath
Bottom Line: BUYER BEWARE
⚠️ Empire Motors sold me a ticking time bomb.
⚠️ I’m out over $6,000 and counting.
Don’t make the same mistake. Look elsewhere for a dealership that stands behind what it sells.

I was very happy to work with Empire Motors, they extended the best service and took real good care of us picking out our car after being in a car accident and having our old car totaled. Cabe personally made my job of picking my new car out so much easier because he really listened to what I wanted. He found that car for me and I am totally happy with my car. Everyone at Empire, from the mechanics to the sales people up front were very helpful. I was impressed!!!!!! Thank you Empire Motors!
