Scott and his staff are top knotch. Well trained, and they care deeply for their clients. No one is pushed to where they experience pain. The selection of PT apparatuses is outstanding. I've had PT at a few other places; they are amateur to put it nicely. Exclusive is a cut above the rest. The staff genuinely cares about the well being and health of their clients! Keep up the good work!

Scott and his team helped me immensely in my shoulder surgery recovery. I’ve had other PTs in the past, but none that so clearly cared about my recovery like Scott does. He is very passionate about helping his patients. I would absolutely recommend him and would return in the future for any PT needs.

This is the greatest physical therapy office ever! I've been to several other offices in and around Lansing and none of those even remotely compare. I am working with Anna and not only is she highly knowledgable, but also very compassionate. She truly cares for her patients on a personal level which is very heartwarming. I don't know that there would be any PT that they couldn't do at this facility. I have severe weakness in my lower extremities due to past spinal compression and this facility has water therapy which is an enormous benefit to my recovery. I have nothing but good to say about this façility and staff. They are all so wonderful and caring.

Scott Benjamin & all his support staff at Exclusive Physical Therapy are hands down the best in supporting all my therapy needs. I would recommend them to anyone searching the for the best care in the entire mid-Michigan area. Lola is the best therapy dog yopu will ever meet. She is waiting at the door for you to walk in! If I could give 10 stars I would!

The care I received at Exclusive Physical Therapy was excellent. I had significant back before my first visit. After my first visit with Scott the pain was doing much better. After two weeks I would say I was back to about 95 percent. Highly recommend.
