Go to Banana Republic or Macy’s, much better quality and better policies.

I don’t shop at Express much anymore but the manager at this location has helped me twice and it’s always clean and well organized. I would order online and ship to the store just to get the honest feedback from this manager

Meijer quality clothes with Bloomingdales prices. The staff there is always rude and nasty and has always been that way for years, I’m sure I can guess why. I’ve been there once and was treated with respect. I only go there for last minute shopping out of desperation.

I was in the store this evening with my husband and daughter helping my husband's friend shop for new wardrobe pieces. Simone was basically working the entire store, and she was beyond fabulous! I have been in other times when she has been there and I have always appreciated her help while shopping. Tonight she was so helpful to my husband's friend and explained what was needed to open up an Express account. She is such a gem. I honestly think she is worth her weight in gold. We will absolutely be back soon.

I have been an A list member since 2015. A note to other greater Lansing A list member the slim manager with the glasses does not care if you spend the amount of money to become a A list member. I asked to have my coupon reapplied (the same day) after I bought pants that were see through. She told me she was the "manager" and it is against company policy to reapply coupons. These were earned coupons from purchases.On top of that she was providing lost prevention customer service.Then I went to make a return, and she was overly hovering over the wonderful customer service person who is helping me make my return, as if I was going to try again to get a coupon around reapplied.I encourage all A- List customers to stay out of that store because it's not really the place for you.I hope it was worth aliening a customer who spends money that can assist in the stores daily/monthly/yearly goal.I feel undervalued, singled out and penalized. So, all my purchases will be made online and all returns made to the store.

I came into the store with a coupon for $75 off $200. I am a petite size pant, which is not regularly carried in store. I asked the store associate prior to shopping if I would be able to order petite. I was told yes. After spending time shopping and trying on clothes, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon because the online order needed to be split with the in store purchase. I then asked if I could order everything online. I was told the jeans that I had picked out actually did not come in petite sizes and when I asked to see what jeans did, the store associate was not able to show me. Guess I won’t be buying pants from Express anymore. Used to be my store of choice. No wonder the brick and mortar stores are going out of business!

One of the best stores to shop at Eastwood. The store manager Lauren was AMAZING. She helped me find exactly the look I was looking for, helped with sizes and just really made it feel like a personal experience. One thing I truly respect was the honesty, when an outfit just didn’t look right, she was up front and helped me find something better. Really helped express that confidence. Thanks Lauren.

Amazing first experience! Shelby helped out big time! I had a hard time finding a dressy shirt ingeneral for a wedding. Gave her the best description I could with the pants I have, she picked out a variety of cute tops. She also helped me with find some cute heels to match! I'm extremely happy with my experience and purchase overall!(: I'll definitely be back

Lots of stores in Eastwood are dying and it makes me sad. Store did not have enough selections in the stock, shortage of staff. Not their fault, just hard times.
