Family Dollar is a favorite store for many, offering fast service. It is described as a standard Family Dollar with friendly staff. The store has come a long way recently, becoming much cleaner and better stocked, credited to a positive turnaround by new management. It is now considered the cleanest and best-organized dollar store in Lansing compared to others. Employees are helpful, with one assisting a customer to look for an item. There have been issues with incorrect operating hours shown online. The correct hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. The store is closed on Sundays. There were previously temporary closures on Wednesdays due to staffing shortages, but with more staffing, it is now open on Wednesdays. Management has asked that complaints about staffing or closures be directed to corporate, not the on-duty staff.
Good place, lots of affordable things at a fair price.

Standard family dollar. Staff was friendly. I come here for cheap earphones to use at work, and small things I need when I don't want to drive across Lansing. Plus the are a lot of stops and gym's for Pokemon go. I believe they may have been here as well.
