They had an anniversary coupon they mailed out, so It was close by & decided to see if they had kitchen supplies. As I needed a dish drainer & dish soap for my new apartment. & used my coupon.

Horrible customer service, no carts, random items in boxes in frozen section. I'm confused. I worked at this company for 13 years in Las vegas, and there is no way my store would have looked like that.And my District Manager would never allow that. Stuff everywhere in the aisles. No carts, I wonder why? Hmmm, let me guess the employees were using them for merchandise. I noticed a trend with stores in Michigan. It seems as though the health department does not visit enough. Will I go back? Probably not. At least until they get a different store manager. Who at least cares.

Typical Family Dollar but the employees and management should be ashamed at how disgusting the premises looks outside the building... nothing but trash scattered everywhere and it's been like this for years. Not an inviting look for any business. Those trashing our city like this should also be taking more responsibility to not be such trashy people and littering the environment everywhere they go.
