Elaine and her boss the white lady with the shoulder length red hair are rude, unprofessional, and impatient. Elaine threatened to send us to the back of the line and called us ignorant because we had to go grab another item. They were rushing because her boss was going on break and in a hurry to purchase her three packs of cigarettes. When we politely said Elaine never had to be rude and make the comment she did Elaine called us kids (which we are not) and insisted on pressing the issue and arguing. In the end, the boss lady who was in line behind us decided to cancel our transaction we already attempted instead of correcting Elaine and explaining her how to handle manners more professionally. Zero stars if I could!!

It was a great inconvenience that they would not accept the returns on the Red Bulls they sold me and charged me ten cents a piece deposit on...GREAT inconvenience. They did not seem too concerned when I informed them that I am pretty sure that under Michigan Compiled Law, they are required to do so. Instead they told me they cannot take the returns because they don't have a return machine. Don't care. I filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney Generals Office and the consumer protection agency. Also, the slender young man with long hair was creepy, wearing a big bandana over his face being a clerk, selling me stuff. Asked why he was wearing it. He said it made him feel more comfortable. Again, don't care...made me UNcomfortable and he looked ridiculous and unprofessional. Sad state of affairs these days, I swear....

Once again or that I love to shop at sometimes that's one of my best favorite store's ever when I can't say the workers is really friendly and nice and also that one of my favorite stores

Great customer service. I am always greeted upon walking through the door. And told to have a great day upon leaving. Store always stocked and aisles always clear.

3.5 for friendly service. Store has a wide variety and reasonably priced. Most goods available.
With the exception of cleaning products was mostly out. There was hand sanitizer.
