I specifically ask for them not to use brushes when I ran my car through they said no problem I ran my car through still had the brushes on the sides of my car I don't like it it leaves swirl marks I'll never go back

I brought a company vehicle in when I needed an oil change. The entire staff was very helpful and quick! Got my car taken care of, inspected, and washed in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be back!

I came in to the Lansing West location today for an oil change…it had been overdue. I was greeted by Jason and from the point of entering the bay to leaving the bay Jason not only made me feel like he had my best interest at hand, but made me feel like I was part of the family there. He offered the LUCAS oil stabilizer to me and told me about the benefits that would help my already high mileage vehicle stay operating longer and better. He didn’t have to do that. But he did. And it wasn’t a crazy up charge so it’s not like trying to get me to spend an absurd amount of money. Jason is an amazing employee that deserves more credit than I could ever give! Thank you Fast Eddie’s for the work you do and hiring great employees like Jason!

Great car wash. I switched to Tommys for a bit and realized they dont have an adequate pre wash to get the heavy dirt off. So everyone's mud fills all the brushes. That's why your car gets so many scratches there. Fast eddies have people who pre clean the heavy dirt off the cars. Don't be first in the morning as the car wash smells absolutely terrible after it sits all night. But after a few cars go through, it is fine.
