Fed Ex goes above and beyond to ensure packages arrive asap! Comparison wise to UPS I do believe that they are good company as well however they don't strive for 150 percent guest satisfaction that may be because they're in the Union

Package was supposed to be delivered today the driver was in my complex 3 times today and never delivered it..then when I call and try to find out why he is heading back to Lansing they say my delivery was impacted by the weather. There is nothing wrong with the weather outside..more like it was impacted by the dumb driver that can't do his job properly

Obvious problems when you can't get a hold of a real person to give them directions to a delivery THAT THEY WERE AT A MONTH AGO. They tried to say wrong address but I think it was cause it was a Saturday. What is the solution if they can't find it on Saturday but promised to have it there on Monday? I'd like to try to help BUT CAN'T GET A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE!!!!!

You have a dolly & second person and can’t deliver huge boxes to peoples delivery location? Their door. How can someone carry a package to their door up 3 flights of stairs. Why are you the delivery service then.

They now have said weather been bad last 3 days. It has not. It's been sunny. They u call to talk to manager. They will not talk. Then I get hung up on because I tell them to have manager look up the weather. Piss poor customer service. Go with ups. Better off.

Lazy drivers. Bad call center representatives. Have to drive an hour to get my package because they can’t read delivery instructions.
Not only did they not deliver package. It has been 3 days late now and I HAD TO call to figure out it needed picked up. TERRIBLE.

Horrible customer service and lazy drivers that continue to place packages in front of my unattached pole barn. I’ve made numerous complaints to corporate and to local managers with no improvement. We even placed signs around our property stating to deliver to our front porch. This still doesn’t happen. Often they sit in the rain as I’m unaware they were even delivered.
Incompetent Fed Ex strikes again. See photos of package delivered next to our red vehicle and the proximity of our home.

I had 2 large boxes delivered to my house a week ago addressed to a different address than mine at which they delivered. I called to let them know and they never even showed up to get the boxes they left here. Great service dunces. I'm sure someone isn't happy they can't get what they ordered. They're still on my porch!!
