I did a return of an eBay purchase. One of those deals where eBay sends me a QR code and FedEx prints the label. All went according to plan. Smooooth! The store is huge with several available services. Lots of staff on hand. I got immediate assurance with my little project. Overall a good experience. FedEx rates were $20 cheaper than UPS, BTW according to eBay.

This is why I am a returning customer. Because of the customer service that is provided at this location. Always willing to help. I appreciate it so much!

ROB IS THE BEST, PERIOD.
His customer service is top notch and is only matched by his patience. I had no idea what I was doing for such a large and heavy multi box shipment. He walked me through it all and gave me options and suggestions. He made me feel like a valued customer. I suggest asking for Rob, or at minimum someone Rob has trained. I am sure Rob is great at training too!

If Rob is working, you're lucky, he's a rockstar. Went in on a Sunday to ship a ridiculous amount of Star Wars stuff for my fiancé and he handled everything. He was working solo, it was busy and he took care of everyone while making it look easy. Amazing customer service.

This FedEx location has been a great help to me and my small business. They always seem to have the perfect packaging supplies and happily box up my items. I have gotten extra special reviews from my customers, with one even stating that he was retired from over 25 years as a shipper, and he has never seen such a great packing job. This is my first choice in shipping larger items and fragile items. It comes in as a better rate than other companies, for superior service!

Ethan was great, he helped 10 people on a Saturday morning completely on his own as fast as he could, I didn’t have to wait long for help whatsoever even though he was the only one helping customers. He also did a great job with what I needed printed. Thanks Ethan, you are very appreciated.

3 expensive packages were to be delivered today. My wife was home, security footage captured a gentleman from FedEx ringing the doorbell then immediately turning around and leaving. We were told he would be able to deliver it by 5 pm today. Called at 4:40 to check on the status and was given the most unprofessional and dishonest information from the store, when talking with the manager they also lied regarding information relevant to our delivery and continued to be rude and unprofessional to my wife. I was sitting next to her and listening the entire time. They refused to help, said basically tough luck and no guarantees on when it will be delivered when it was shipped 2-day guarantee. This has been the most unprofessional and lacking integrity store and customer experience I’ve had in quite some time. Absolutely no empathy or care, not even sympathy, just a tough and cold too bad. Currently reaching out to corporate. I hope people can wake up and start to care about others rather than themselves.

My first time shipping anything! The guy who helped me was so very polite and explained how to scan my package and print the receipt. I had went to UPS up the road by mistake and the lady there was very rude to me. Thank you fedex

I own two small businesses and all I can say is this location rocks!! I’ve relied on them for years to produce marketing and sales material and they’ve always delivered faster than expected and the quality is top notch! They even repaired a retractable banner from another online company - free of charge - saving me hundreds. Being a professional procrastinator, I’ve at times needed them to print hundreds of flyers while I wait and they’ve always accommodated me cheerfully. Simply can’t ask for better products or customer service. I have started using their online design and print and it is so easy and makes my materials look way more professional than I could do on my own. Thank you!!

The Assistant Manager Cole is rude unprofessional and very disrespectful I will definitely be using USPS moving forward. We the customers rather black or white are the ones paying your bills by keeping you employed with our business if it wasn’t for us it be no need for you and she’s in management really!!
