Check in was great, however the service was not good. The technician left my old oil filter sitting on the frame of my car which leaked all over my garage floor. I was a quart low on oil after the oil change and my fluids were not topped off.

I recently brought my Malibu to Feldman Chevrolet of Lansing for service, and they took great care of me. The team explained everything clearly, handled all the maintenance my car needed, and even checked my warranty for the ‘Shift to Park’ issue. My car runs great, and the process was smooth. I called to inquire about a corvette test drive, and the 35 second cell conversation was so poorly, I am turned off the brand. I was told, "well, we are gonna need you to fill-in a credit app before test drive..., and you KNOW it's a $100,000 dollar car RIGHT!" The same day I went to Porsche and after 1 minute they gave me the keys and said, " have fun" . The sale's manager or someone else called back within 15 minutes and I shared my experience. Something is weird at this place or with this model. Not sure but it is very off-putting. Life to too short to deal with this as a potential buyer.

Update 8-24-24
Someone from Feldman responded to the review and suggested I call GM Joe Rodriguez to get this resolved.
I left two messages for Joe, Joe never reached out, because Joe and Feldman as an organization do not care., this is obvious.
It’s a shame, my in-laws, friends, and family purchased vehicles from the Lansing, MI Michigan Ave location. We will not be back, terrible service on all fronts.
I am following up with GM Care on Monday, GM should be aware of how this dealership handles customer service.
We purchased a new vehicle here in December.
We just had an oil change and tire rotation and recall wk completed the day prior to us leaving for a 2,000 mile plus round trip.
The next morning while on our trip I went to use the windshield wiper fluid and wipers to clean the windshield, my light came on and said the fluid level was low. I pulled off to a gas station and bought a gallon and put it in myself.
I then checked my tire pressures to see how they looked. No one ever touched them with a hose, they were within a 7 pound variance of one another. It made me wonder if they even changed the oil and filter, who knows.
They sent me an email to rate their service with a persons name attached to the email. When I called today, I learned that person hadn’t worked at Feldman for 3 years, kinda ironic.
Andy, the service manager called me. He said he took care of the problem by firing a couple people last week that were more than likely responsible for our oil change and tire rotation.
Never offered anything to make it right and I never asked, because I won’t.
Feldman has lost a customer who would have came back and bought another vehicle. You don’t want to make it right, it’s fine. No worries. I’ll go to our local family quick lube that will do it correctly. It’s extremely likely we will never purchase another GM vehicle either, maybe it’s time for a change.

If I could give it less than I would. Do not purchase anything or any service from them unless you like to be taken advantage of. 90% of the place is crooks. Even the general manager is so comfortable to say in an abstract way that he doesn't care if he looses my family and friends business. Apparently they find enough suckers to blindly give them money. And to boot we got a car for my daughter to travel to and from college, it was unsafe for highway driving and had to have another dealership fix it under warranty cause the people there didn't bother to do so, and again the general manager Joe Rodriguez didn't care. I doubt he'd allow cars to be sold to his own children that were unsafe. But he'll take your money at the risk of your children.

Cameron Spiece and his team spent the time necessary to investigate and address an issue I was experiencing with my 2022 Trailboss. They kept me informed throughout the process & completed the necessary repairs in a timely matter. I greatly appreciate the exceptional service and will be using Feldman for all of my future vehicles & repairs even though they are an hour away from my home. Thank you guys!
