I honestly would not recommend them! They steal your money. You don’t get much of a grace period before they charge you an overdraft fee. I was negative $5 and it turned into $200+ in overdraft fees. They also don’t help. At one point in time I was so friended in overdraft fees my pay check wasn’t even enough to cover the fees and I was still getting charged overdraft fees! I was with this bank 5 miserable years. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from me. Do not go to this bank!!! You will regret it! 5 years of my time wasted.

Had a great experience here today! The bank tellers were super friendly! They made me feel at ease making a deposit. I do not like going inside a bank for some reason. Always use the ATM.

Went to see if I can have a personal banker, since I needed help transferring funds to my new savings account with them. What a mistake, it was 8:45 and since I haven’t even checked time, i simply walked in, naively smiling and asked one of the bankers if he could help me with my account. Even before he could say a word, voila, here was she, do not know her status or name, I was so unprepared for what was going to happen, but she was kicking me out ( good thing she didn’t touch me!!!) from the building, repeating: we are not open we are not open! as if it was my fault the doors were open! She threw me out like a street dog, never in my almost 50 years I felt that humiliated! I started crying once she locked the door after me. Will be closing all my accounts with them today ot tomorrow. never again fifth third bank.

fifth third reduced my credit card by $10,000 even though i have a near 750 credit rating with almost no notice after 13 years! unbelievable! i had that limit for years! today comcast gave me a late notice on a payment. even though i paid a comcast bill electronically on feb 3rd,it will not clear until feb 11th. totally unacceptable. it takes 8 days to clear. they use an atari computer system it seems. it debited my account on the feb 3rd. comcast is threatening to cut service! as a well known financial speaker thousands of families and individuals on personal finances, i am advising existing clients of 53 and potential clients to not use 53rd. i tried to call idris, but as usual it is closed. although i am one customer i will advise clients to not use this bank! poor poor service! moving my account to msfcu, pnc or dart or where ever i can find high quality service. really a very poor bank!
