The store was nice and clean but had to take my mom in in her wheelchair The handicap spot where you bring the people in to the store at needs more cement or tar to smooth it out I almost dumped my mom out of her wheelchair because of it.

I came to this store and a young lady with black hair and bangs was sitting at the register on her phone the whole time I was in the store never greeted guests and never got off her phone very bad customer service.

Great prices and products. Staff don't seem to come from the registers which is odd to me, I didn't even see any staff on the floor, is that how it goes there? My first time ever to one. But it's a nice place and can't wait for Ashtabula, Ohio to open theirs up soon.
