If you go here to get Pokémon or high demand releases, YOU NEED A PRO MEMBERSHIP smh!! I ask if I could buy just one while talking to the cashier telling them I’m not a scalper and the manger (I assume) quickly interrupts with a no ( kinda rude), while she happily helped (I assume) customers she knows well with a great attitude about the same product ( wish I could have gat that treatment ). But Capital City Tcg welcomed me with a great attitude and product at msrp with no membership….

They don’t close at 8 they close before 8. I have tried to come here at 7:30, 7:20 and other times and the door is locked. I understand closing up at 7:50 but 7:30 is not late. They need update their google hours.

Ordered product online, next day pick up, looked up store hours to make sure they were open, says they are. Drive to location....CLOSED! Waste of my time. Next time just post proper hours to avoid any confusion. Thanks!

Arrived at the store today 4/14/24 at 11:50 am. Store was aupposed to open at 12pm. It is now 12:15 and people are standing outside and in their cars waiting to spend money and no one is here to open the store!! This store location 438 E Edgewood Blvd is a joke! They are always closing early. I have sat here and watched many people come and go. This store must not need any business! Would give half a star if I could.

So on the website it says that’s it opens at 11 and the note on the door says it opens at 12 but it’s past both of those times multiple people were waiting and knocking on the door and nobody came to the door so it was just making people frustrated.

So yesterday I went to this gamestop because the PlayStation 5 was acting up so I got another one using my insurance plan and lo and behold it doesn't work properly and I called to speak with someone and a guy named John answered and I must say his attitude was subpar at best the guy that helped me yesterday the 28th of February was personable over the phone and his attitude was nice but John not at all so now I must wait to speak with someone else because John isn't a person that seems to enjoy his job at all. I very seldom leave bad reviews but sometimes it's necessary.
