I went to the shop as a walk in, the estimator had an appointment already but took me immediately after. She was very helpful and was able to point me in the right direction. Will recommend to others !

Every time I've brought my car in here I've been impressed with the courtesy of the ladies at the front desk as well as the overall attention to detail my car and I have received. Even after I missed my first appointment to no fault of theirs, they went above and beyond to get me back on the road again in no time. Thanks a lot guys!

This was a nightmare. When they returned the “all fixed” car, it turned out the muffler had been damaged in the accident and they did not tell me anything about it because the insurance would cover the muffler but not the exhaust mid pipe that was rusted. So I took it back and said I would pay for the mid pipe. I scheduled a day for the repair—which had to get done so we could leave on vacation the next day. They did not put it on the hoist until 2 pm and oops, it was too late now to get the parts. So I rescheduled for after vacation. They did finally finish the repairs. But in the meantime, they LIED to the insurance company about the initial muffler problem, then charged the insurance for the new muffler and labor before they ever did the work. Also, they repeatedly said “we’ll call you right back” and didn’t. And no matter how many times I asked them to use my name and phone number, they just kept contacting my husband, who was not involved in any of this.
Disrespected. Lied to. Fraudulent claim to the insurance company…do NOT use this shop!
Also the manager did call, but he only argued with me about my experience. I just wanted a “we screwed up. We are so sorry. “ Not, “well, IF that happened, I’m sorry. “. I am still mad.

A strong positive recommendation for Gerber Collision and Glass at 5514 S Pennsylvania Ave in Lansing. Jordan is highly knowledgable and ethical. I thought I needed some work done to my 1977 MGB, but Jordan showed me an easy fix I could do myself. He could have taken the car in and kept it for a few days and charged me $300 - $400 and I wouldn't have known the difference. I will always take my cars here for any body work, from now on.

Bad at scheduling.
Will make lie/make false claims while pretending to speak on behalf of your insurance company.
I would not recommend.

I called for a quote they were over a $100 more than another local company. I said thank you Nevermind & he just hung up. Rude.

All work was professionally completed and prompt. Commication was excellent from the initial inspection through the vehicle pick-up. The entire staff met all of my expectations and I would promptly return to Gerber Collision and Glass for any future work when needed.
