CAN NOT thank Gigi Towing enough for the beyond AMAZING service they provided.They are extremely fair in price (cheapest in the area I found), quick (got to me in less than 10 mins) & the driver explained the process & made me feel right at ease (thanks Andrew!!) Adam & his team went above & beyond to help me. They are my number one for any future towing needs I may have, & I’ll definitely be referring them to everyone.
Highly recommend!!!!

It was late at night they helped even after they were off the clock and got my car from lansing to alma with a reasonable price. They definitely saved me a buck and put in the time even after they ended shift.

Driver was reckless and endangered everyone around. Swerving while he had a car on the flatbed at three of us trying to get by him

Driver was to pick up car between 4 and 6pm did not show up until 9:30. Agreed upon price was 450 and only received 300. Don't know if it was the driver or the business but I will be contacting BBB.

Dangerous driver. You shouldn’t be operating your cell phone, going 80 in heavy rain. Driver couldn’t stay in lane and definitely almost hit me and another driver

Their company drivers are terrible. One driver literally just ran me off the road. He was towing a blue Jeep. Absolute awful and not safe. Who ever is driving that tow truck today should be fired
