Casey was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was incredibly fast to respond to all of the questions I had about the vehicle and the GM Family Discount process. He worked hard to make sure that I was aware of all the options I had available to me on the GMC Terrain and once I decided on what I wanted was able to get one delivered from another Lafontaine store the same day. He made sure I was aware of all of the benefits the GMC and Lafontaine provide. The dealership is clean and well let and has a great coffee and snack selection while you wait.

Mike Doyle made the entire process seamless by working with me via phone/email and got all of the paperwork to me to complete before I even stepped foot into LaFontaine. He promised me that I would only be there for 30 minutes, and I think I was on my way in my new car within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend friends and family to work with Mike Doyle at LaFontaine, hands down.

I had my GMC DENALI in for a factory recall.
the service department had full knowledge of the recall and they talked me through the process that they would be doing. I have all my service work done at LaFontaine because they have great customer service.

My experience with La Fontaine was absolutely wonderful. I drove a couple of cars made a decision and they took care of everything and I couldn’t be happier along with the rest of the family that went in and bought cars.
