Takes walk-ins and appointments but lately hasn't bothered to honor either option. I asked if I could extend my gift certificate because they were not able to honor my appointment and she said... Sorry about that.
I don't live here and drove over an hour twice!
I have referred at least 6 people who now come here regularly and have been experiencing the same issue.
Now I'm out of the money and they don't care. Buyer of gift certificates beware!
Yes! I'm super mad!

They are nice enough but I got ombre nails and they weren't exactly ombre. I thought maybe they'd look better upon getting a fill but the tech didn't redo the white at all, just added pink at the bottom so upon getting them filled they still didn't look right. Always seems rushed. Even after making an appointment, I had to wait a while because there's only one person working. They were very nice though. I just wouldn't recommend getting ombre there.

I come every 2 - 3 weeks for gel manis and the occasional treat pedicure. Kim is the ONLY person I want to touch my nails and her husband gives the best/most thorough pedicures. I recommend this nail salon to everyone I know. I don’t go to anyone else!

Did not have an appointment, they took me in as a walk-in right away even though they were pretty booked up very fair price very quick very gentle very nice lady she did an amazing job!!!!!

Awful not accessible for new customers trying to establish a relationship with. I have tried on multiple attempts to get my nails done at this location. I was turned away each time saying their is an appointment. I ask the time no response just long wait. Can't understand how they remain open.
