Matt, Rick and Joe did a great job getting our house moved! They were down to earth and jovial and very respectful to our huge dog and didn’t mind our son getting in the way and trying to help. Will recommend to others and VERY affordable! Thanks again good guys!

Hired Good Guys for a freezer move from 1 of my stores when the power went out. We were sent 1 person (gus) and still charged for 2 people even tho an arbys worker did half the move with him. I was at the time unaware that the rate of 120$ an hour was for 2 people and was never told that. I paid for 3.5 hours of time for 1 person. When I discovered that the rate that I was charged was for 2 people was in a refree court hearing with Mr. Cooper due to lack of paying his child support and when I mentioned i had hired him to do a move and how much he charges an hour to move people thats when I was told that was actually the rate they charge for 2 people. So not only screw over the general public but also your own child's mother ? Real professional.

We’ve now used Good Guys Moving 3 times, we can’t say enough good things about them! Every time they have handled our items with care and moved quickly and efficiently. Matt and Nico moved us this time, and they were great! The price is right too. Thanks again guys!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience an month and half ago with this company was so disappointing and emotionally taxing that I feel a responsibility to share it, especially for single women or anyone in a vulnerable position.
I hired this company to help me move into a new apartment after a difficult living situation. From the start, I was physically exhausted, emotionally drained, and doing my best to get through a very overwhelming move alone. I trusted this company based on a positive experience I had years ago—but unfortunately, this time was completely different.
The movers who showed up—Brandon and Jamall did not handle the job professionally.
They repeatedly complained, tried to up-charge me in the middle of the move, and manipulated me into believing that they were doing me a favor instead of providing a paid service.
They questioned what I told them about my own belongings, left essential items behind at my old apartment that were worth damn near $500 and even left one of my pieces of furniture outside in the snow— after me paying them without telling me. I only found out because I followed up, and they then had the nerve to shift the blame onto me.
I was exhausted, trying to get out of an unsafe apartment, and still found the strength to show them compassion. I offered them water and pop. I even tipped them $10 each, because I had committed to that early on and wanted to keep my word—despite how they treated me.
The most disturbing part? They preyed on my exhaustion and politeness. They read my fatigue and kindness as gullibility as a single woman. And instead of simply doing the job they were hired to do, they treated me with disrespect, played mind games, and created more chaos during an already difficult day.
When I brought these issues to the manager’s attention, she did eventually waive the remaining balance and showed some compassion. But the damage had already been done. I was left humiliated, unsupported, and missing some of my belongings that I’ll likely never get.
This isn’t about a bad day or a miscommunication.
This was a pattern of manipulation and poor service.
If you are a woman moving alone or someone who struggles—please be cautious. What should’ve been a simple move turned into an emotionally charged ordeal because of people who had no respect for decency of people’s belongings.
I don’t recommend this company unless they address the behavior of the individuals involved and retrain their staff in professionalism, compassion, and basic service integrity.

Moved from them a few months ago they were working double. Don't know if they signed up for it but they were hung over and much more. Asking to use the bathroom over and over. They ruined my bedframe. Then a few day later I realized things were missing. Call there 3rd party line and no call back. Might be like this because of the bad call back. Lost a lot of money don't do the same.

Communication, Quality and Value! Good Guys Moving is a family owned business that knows how to get a job done! I called to get a quote and was greeted professionally and provided excellent customer service. We made arrangements to have 3 movers unload a 26’ U-Haul truck. I was quoted a fair price and a time to expect the team. On the day of appointment, they arrived a few hours late BUT I knew that was a possibility because that was communicated in my initial call. Also, it’s the nature of the business…you never know how long a job is going to take until you get there. They kept me informed and arrived ready to work! The 3 man team was amazing. They were respectful of us and our belongings. They got the job done fast and at an awesome price. I can’t endorse them more strongly!

Good guys moving helped me load, move, unload and assemble a couch from Costco to my place. They were available around 5 hours before the scheduled time. They were very prompt in their service. They did the assembly very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

Used them 10.7.23. Broke my 75in Flat Screen TV......no compensation and radio silence!! Claim to be licensed and insured but they aren't!!! I'm out a beautiful television set!!!

On time and excellent service. The guys were very easy to talk to and communicate with and even gave their input when I was not sure where I wanted to place things in my new apartment. Highly recommend!
