Wow what an unbelievable experience! I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire while visiting my mother in law in Lansing. Goodyear took me in right away and fixed my problem instantly. Really helped me out a lot so I don't have to drive on a donut back to Madison Heights. Goodyear will always be my first pick on any future tire repairs and replacements for now on!!

I got a nail in my tire, and the staff got me in within an hour. They got the repair done fast and didn’t even charge me for the labor. Will be visiting them for services in the future.

This is the worst place to go. Make sure you take pictures of anything you are going to have them look at before taking your car there. I took my car there to get an oil change. $40 cost. They come out with a sheet full of things saying they need to be fixed , some of the things they say are safety hazards. So I Believe in them, I had the hazard things fixed. Cost me Over $700 that day. My drivers door handle had broke was still on but wouldn’t open like maybe a spring broke so I asked them if they could look at it and tell me how much it would cost to fix it. They come back and tell me that the inside had to be replaced. They tell me $300. I told them I don’t have the money today to fix it so I would have to wait. I get into my car and leave. Later that night I go to lock my car with the button on the drivers door and it’s all loose and not working. Remind you there was nothing wrong with the lock when I took my car there. I called them the very next morning as soon as they opened. I started to tell them I was there yesterday and I had an issue with getting my car back with my lock on my door not working, this guy right off the back never asked me my name or what year of my car but says “ well we didn’t take the panel off so it’s nothing we did but you can drop it off and we can see if we can fix it but you will have to pay for it”. What the hell. First of all you don’t even know who I am or what car it was, second how do you know what needs to be fix with the handle inside if you never took the panel off? There’s no way they are going to say they didn’t do it when they took my car there was nothing wrong with my lock. And why is the manager who is always at the front desk driving my car and parking it in front of the door when it’s done and locks the door when I am getting ready to leave. He never drives the car out when it’s done, the person who worked on your car brings it out , brings the paperwork and keys inside and gives them to the front desk. He did it and locked it so they can say it worked when I left. I called The corporate office and made a complaint and they tell me that they’ll give the complaint to the district manager and the manager of the store and then they will review it and decide whether or not they’re at fault. They are at fault and if they don’t fix it I will be taking them to court. I will never go there again, and I advise people to pick a different place to go. My parts to fix my car was only $159.90 and they charged me $511.25 labor and broke my lock on my door that locks my car and the only way to open my trunk. Now they are saying they didn’t do it. But will fix it but I have to pay for it. What kind of business is this? I would give them no stars if I could but it wouldn’t let me post this if I didn’t pick a star. Oh and as a General Manager for 30 years I know the gimmicks of covering up faults.

extremely rude, and uptight. scheduled an oil change for my new car as i’m 19 and the guy at the front desk proceeded to give me attitude for not knowing the type of oil or engine, when i was upfront on the phone i had no idea. then he didn’t even tell me the price difference between the two and proceeded to have me sign, just said it was different oil type didn’t say the price, and proceeded to TAKE MY KEY OUT OF MY HAND and go give it to someone. i looked up the prices on my phone and asked to get my car back because i couldn’t afford that and they once again gave attitude and were extremely disrespectful. making comments to each other as they grabbed my things. rude people do not go there.
