Terrible customer service. Whoever answers the phone is very rude, uninformative, and very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone take their truck here for anything not even to get air out in your tire.

Never ever take semi truck for full Alignment at good year. They have already charge me 504$ with discount. Where semi full Alignment is at range of 230 up to 300$ any where.
After all, I went and test drive my truck and my steering wheel was still tilting the right what it was from the first then I had to do a service return on them. That’s how I got my truck aligned.

today I called for roadside service to change one new tire costs 700$ usd, but tire man said after hours service fee 1000.10$ usd. total of 1700.10$ usd. since 13 years of running this truck business, first time I heard this kind of call fee. this is not tire service company, I can say this is a robbery.

Was there on a sat 10 am with a tire losing air. Asked to have it check it out and was done 10 min later. I left and problem was still there, the problem was a valve itself!! Still wondering what did they do in those 10 min and to be charged 90 bucks!! Next time i will be watching everything because I found the problem. It was a lose valve, i asked another shop to tight it back and problem solved!!!

Stopped at 8:30 Tuesday morning to get air in my right rear tire. These are all terrain light truck tires that require around 80 lb psi. Most convenient stores charge $2 for two minutes and their capacity is only about 50 lb. The young shop mechanic came out and topped off all four of my tires. Very friendly and helpful.

These guys are lazy, bought a set of duals, $1100, the tire guy didn't even bother to put the valve stems opposite. Took the equalizers off for him. Had to remount the tires myself. Just lazy!
