NayTasha is AMAZING!! I broke my arm & sadly enough needed help w a good wash/condition. She takes her time and does it very thorough. Usually half the product is left in your hair. She went above and beyond and through a couple braids in so it was out of my face and I cld go a couple days without dealing much w it. THANK GOD! She's been amazing during this really inconvenient time in my life lol. I did have to go when she wasnt there 1x and I should have just waited for her...but it was driving me crazy. This person was very nice, just not as thorough and it didnt last like NayTashas. Only negative I have is the coupons never work for this location, and that is not a staff issue. Should definitely be looked at by corporate!

Naytasha is amazing! They are so great at knowing what I like and they are great company and great to talk with! Her rest of the ladies up there are great too but Naytasha just does a great job on my hair that they are my go to and I will wait for them!

They do not know how to cut hair. Was there for nearly 2 hours and everyone jumped in front of me. I will never come back.

Took my son in for what I figured was gonna be a decent cut.... was wrong yet again. Haven't been there in 3 years because of it and figured I'd give them another shot..... definitely should've went to Esquire in Holt. Unevenly trimmed and couldn't even shape around the ears correctly. We left without making a scene on my last day off from work, NEVER again will that place get my business, I wouldn't even let them shave my head with zero gap trimmers. Glad his hair grows back quickly. In hindsight I definitely should've thought twice about leaving a tip.

I don't live in the area. I'm visiting my daughter. Had a great experience. I had a great stylist at Edgewood Shopping Center named Star that did an excellent haircut and she even sold me some style cream and put some in my hair and styled it to show me how to use it. She was awsome. If I could have given her more stars I would have. Thank 😊 you Star. You made my day.
