Ben was super communicative and thorough with the entire process. They even came and picked my car up to do the service and brought it back for me which gave me the ability to enjoy a lazy Sunday! This was my first time using Great Lakes Detailing Company. I did the exterior detail package, which was incredibly reasonable for everything that's included. Ben was communicative through the whole process and did excellent work on my 20-year old Subaru. It looks the best it ever has since I've owned the car. Thank you!

Short version: Ben does fantastic work at fantastic prices, has great communication, and I would absolutely recommend him for any jobs like this.
Long version: I had to get a new car earlier this year because the one thing I wasn't keeping an eye on was rust. BIG MISTAKE IN MICHIGAN. It's something I'll regret for the rest of my life, and I swore I would never let that happen again if I can help it.
Shopping around for waxing and undercarriage coating services was a lot harder (and more expensive) than I thought, until my girlfriend and I came across this business. We both had our vehicles serviced within a few weeks of each other, and we are both very pleased with the results.
Ben communicated consistently with both of us during both our respective jobs, and both were done within a very reasonable amount of time. For $450, I got both the outer waxing and the undercarriage coating, and now my vehicle looks as good as the day I got it from the dealership, if not better.
I now feel much more confident about my vehicle being protected as we enter another Michigan winter. If I hear of anyone needing these kinds of services, I will definitely point them towards this business.

I wish I could give a million stars. The work Ben did is unbelievable I can’t believe my 20 year old car looks this good inside. I was reckless and spilled an ice cream milkshake in a very hard to reach part of my car 😭. I seriously considered junking the car because I didn’t feel like cleaning it up but I found Great Lakes Detailing online and decided to give it a try. It looks like it was never there! I couldn’t believe it! Definitely exceeded my expectations I will be telling everyone I know about this company!!!

If i could give more than a 5 star review I would. Not only did Ben do an incredible job of removing my tough water stains and polishing my car back to its glossy finish, but he was also very communicative to me about the whole process and was transparent with me about all the work my car needed. In terms of pricing Ben offers more than fair options and doesn't want to break your bank account like some of the other competitors. I Would highly recommend Ben and his services to anyone looking to get exterior detailing work done on their car with the best overall experience as well.

Ben was amazing! My car was disgusting and I wasn’t sure where to start. I had talked to quite a few different companies before speaking with Ben. He was very informative and offers quite a few different packages at an affordable price. Loved that he came right to my house. My car looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
