Had an employee get a camera out of the cabinet for me, i went right to self check out to pay for it, I was working with my dog who I’m training to sit calmly so i could pay n leave. Had that same employee come walking up maybe less than a foot from us and point to the bar code on the box and say you scan there (as if I didn’t know) as I’m trying to get my dog to sit. I had to tell him to back off of me I’m clearly trying to get him to sit so I can pay. Like I’m going to steal it? Felt very uncomfortable with him being less than a foot off of me.
I shop this store a lot and have never been treated like that.

Wow just had washer delivered. Salesperson. @ homedepot did NOT tell me I had to pay for them to hook up the machine. Would think this would be part of my warranty very very upset & disappointed

I don't think I've ever gone to Home Depot without being asked if I needed help finding anything. This one is no exception. I like that! We also saved money by going to the store instead of buying online. The employees answer questions and make sure you get what you want while getting the best deal.

You know how you go into the big box stores and can’t find what you are looking for? This is NOT that store. Edgar is the GOAT. He was so helpful with returns. He also helped me order a new tankless water heater from the store and get it delivered to my house, saving me frustration, time, and money (I didn’t have to drive to Jackson or return to the store). I also appreciate Josh who helped order the correct weather stripping to winterize my door. Hope is also super knowledgeable about plants and the best deals.

I usually love going to this Home Depot, except at the self check out today. The employee helping with the self serve kiosks can't keep her hands off the kiosk before customers try to use it. The employee sets up the kiosk just one click away from requesting a credit card application. The costumer does not need to be delayed with trying to figure out how to decline, and go back to the original screen to check out. PLEASE STOP TOUCHING THE KIOSK BETWEEN CUSTOMERS.

My wife and I bought a hot water heater from Home Depot affiliated with Crew2 who organized the sale and installation. We explained to them the reason we were shopping for a hot water heater, which was because we had a bad sulfer smell, which comes from bacteria in the hot water heater (Hydrogen Sulfide). At no time did anyone inform us about where the smell comes from, what could be done about it, and that certain anode rods are best suited for different situations. I guess all they cared about was making a sale.
After the hot water heater was installed (paying almost $1800.00) it did not fix our problem. Instead of making it right with us, they wanted another $500.00 to come out and fix the problem, however they never mentioned what they were going to do to fix it, nor did they seek any pertinent information such as 1) whether or not we are on a well, 2) whether or not we have a water softener, or 3) what anode rod is in our hot water heater.
This whole experience with Home Depot and Crew2 has been an absolute fiasco.
