I just left this branch. The manager did not smile the whole time I was there and had no warmth to her personality at all. I asked her for a balance sheet for the bank as a whole so I could calculate the liability to asset ratio for this institution. She did not have one and gave me a card to call corporate. She acted like she didn't even know what a balance sheet was. In my opinion, every branch of a bank or credit union should have a balance sheet posted for all customers to see. This branch has a great many one star reviews. Unfortunately I have to rate it that way too.

Would have given zero stars if I could have. This was my worst banking experience ever. Trying to settle my mother's Trust and Huntington made every step as difficult as possible. No one at the branch or call center seemed to know what to do and did not have access to the information needed.

Very unprofessional, bad service. Staff are not well trained, they chat and laugh loud with each other in front of clients, and make mistakes with your money!! They have no branch manager, the staff don't even have knowledge about their own products, make mistakes and then leave it there to the customer!! Very unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespectful! VERY BAD SERVICE!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.... This branch would be deserving - Zero follow up when they knew how dire my situation was and they were ZERO SUPPORT and allowed my accounts to be force closed after 20 years with NO EXPLINATION! SO UNPROFESSIONAL,.. HORRIBLE BANK

I was so shocked to discover that the banker, Helen Sanchez Reis who opened my business account did not return my original business documents to me that I provided her. She scanned my original documents for the bank's file and did not place the physical documents back in my folder. I emailed her later that evening and told her that I would return to the bank the following morning to retrieve my originals, but when I arrived, she handed me copies of the documents. Double check your documents before leaving this bank.
