I heard great things about huntington bank but my experience has been completely opposite. The customer service are rude slow and judgemental. I was questiontioned about pulling my money out to pay a bill because it brought me to a zero balance. The $500 dollars had been there since I opened the account over a week before and I hadn't had the account long enough for my direct deposit to take effect. At opening I was told there was no minimum balance. But "why did you get an account here..?" Now I deposited a check 3 days ago and have still yet to have the money in my account. No heads up about that though 𤌠just with a prepaid Walmart card I had better service plus my pay came early.

A usual Huntington Bank, but the ATM is inside the 1st door you come too, there is no drive through ATM unfortunately.

One of the newer tellers had cashed $1000 check from my MINOR daughter and used my custodial account, which my daughter is not allowed to access. The check was returned and the $1000 was deducted from my account. The manager wasn't in the morning I went in, he was suppose to call me later, he never did, he had the teller who cashed the check call me. When I did finally get him on the phone, I was told he filed a report. How can he file a report without talking to me? He began to lecture me about how and what I spent my dauggter's survivor's benefits on and tell me that IS my daughter's money and the teller had every right to use that account. Went in the following day the branch manager, left his office to stand behind the tellers and discuss this issue for everybody in the bank to hear. I again said she is a minor and CANNOT cash a check on that account, he then decides to tell me it's not my money and that I can't go pay my mortgage with that money!! WHAT?? Absolutely none of his business, he proceeds to tell me he can see me in a few day as he is booked with appointments. After that I will be having my lawyer contact him, along with closing all of my Huntington accounts. This branch manager is a disgrace to your bank.Do better Huntington

Youâd think having seven figures deposited with a bank would earn you bathroom privileges. Apparently not. Pretty shocked by the âno public restroomsâ response I was given after making a deposit and requesting to use the facilities.

Really zero stars. I went to this branch at 1:15 pm on Thursday12/28 with the request to transfer funds into a CD from savings. I expected to need to talk to an agent to make these arrangements. The teller kindly directed me to take a seat. 35 mins later, an agent who had been sitting in his cubicle alone the whole time I was waiting came out and declined to discuss this because he had an appointment due right then... â
ď¸ they care so little for their customers they had me wait that whole time to tell me they couldn't help me at this time.. next week my Club will be closing all accounts with Huntington.

Stupidly does not have a ATM. They lost the Huntington ATM in the Meijer down the road and haven't bothered putting one in here. Drove to the ATM in South Lansing and it was either down or stuck in some manager mode. Had to drive to East Lansing, all in one night. Unbelievable.

Great to have an ATM with 24 hour access and protection from the elements! The first set of doors leads you to the ATM, the second set lets you in the building! ?

This is the slowest branch in the history of banking of any kind. The chit chat among the employees is WAY out of hand. They put your deposits in an envelope without counting your money back to you. They will wait on drive thru customers that they know, have them go inside before they will get you what you went there for. The parking lot is extremely trashy, and the plants outside desperately need water and attention.

Ended up selling my only method of transportation because I was approved for a new vehicle loan from them via a dealership. Didn't even up getting that vehicle and a week later went into the branch to apply for a loan for a different vehicle as they were the lender that originally approved me. For a lesser term and half of the amount of the first loan I was then rejected. So I am now carless due to poor business practices from this bank. Stay away from them, they don't care about you.
