I went to Infinity Nails and Spa to get a haircut. Kim did a fantastic job giving me a stylish haircut and professionally coloring my hair. Also giving me a free head massage at the end! I felt like a new person when leaving! Thank you so much for your hard work!!!

I’ve been going to Infinity Nails for many years and have had numerous services. I’m always very happy with the results. I’ve had spa pedicures, full gel sets and microblading on my eyebrows and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kim’s artistry and professionalism is unmatched.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM on Saturday for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails on my feet, which cost me $100. However, when I arrived, the salon was packed and there was a delay. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was finally seated but had to wait longer as they decided who would go first between me and another girl who had a manicure scheduled at the same time.
Eventually, a guy became available to do the other girl's manicure and another guy came to do my pedicure. The person who did my pedicure didn't speak English, so communication was difficult. Additionally, the water for my pedicure was cold, and despite my attempts to convey the issue, it was not resolved.
Furthermore, I showed the nail technician a picture of how I wanted my nails polished, but he did not follow my instructions. The pedicure itself was not done well, and the massage was rough and led to bruising on my leg. Despite the poor service, I was still charged $100.
I have pictures to illustrate the issues.
Requested style: The picture posted of The light pink French Tips is what I specifically asked for I showed him and another Nail Tech, who also gave him the supplies to do it right and he still did it the way he wanted to, and it did not turn out the correct way

They did a good job, but make sure you’re clear on what level mani/pedi you want. I think they default to the most expensive option. I was handed a page and told to pick a scent; I didn’t realize until the pedi was well underway that I had inadvertently agreed to the luxury instead of the basic I wanted. Was not planning on paying that much but felt like I couldn’t stop them in the middle of the pedi.

This is the first time in the pass two years that my husband said he like my eyelashes thanks Kim they look very natural and I like that I didn’t have to lay awkward to her then done

I came today to remove my old set and get a new gel set put on. The female nail tech doing my nails, I believe An- usually is amazing but today mistakenly thought my real nail was the acrylic she was trying to separate the nail from….and lifted up my finger nail off my pinky finger
The owner- Kim-I believe, came over to fix my nail and apologize. The tech did as well.
Where I’m upset is they offered to fix my hurt nail “free of charge” (I’d hope so ?) when it was healed and just took $5 off the entire service. ?
55$ for this?!
My nails, as you can see look ok but at closer view they’re thick and globby
But ONLY FIVE DOLLARS OFF?
My pinky nail was lifted off the finger!!
Make it make sense, please…
I work a corporate job and see many people a day who comment on my nails.

I’ve come here for 4 months now. I come here once a month for a gel refill. Kim, On, and Harry have always done AMAZING designs. I bring in a photo, ask for different colors, and they bring my Inspo photo to life, even better than what I thought it could look. Kim and On have also taught me so much in differences of different nail services and aftercare. The quality is amazing where I am able to make gel last without issue for 4 weeks instead of the typical 2-3 weeks. They are always kind, timely, and give the BEST service out of any salon in Lansing. MAKE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT HERE!!!
