Watch out! Terrible service. I cannot even be sure the carpets and upholstery were even cleaned. No trace of a scent of cleaner in the car at all, although carpet was wet. All stains and problems still the same. I got them out myself with elbow grease and spray cleaner. Save your money.

They do fantastic work BUT good luck getting them to call you back to schedule the service, especially when you have a Groupon. They do not answer their phone and be prepared to leave 5-6 messages before they return your call. They get a 5 on the work they do and a 1 on customer service.

I really want to give 5 stars but I can't. Two things keep me from doing it. First, all four of my door windows still had dirt lines on them. What I mean is that whoever worked on my vehicle never bothered to roll the windows down so the glass that is in the window jam was dirty. Secondly, the inside of my windshield had smear marks so someone attempted to clean them but not very well. They made the effort, just not a very good one. Other than that, great job!

Took my wife's car in for detailing and it looked like a brand new vehicle when we got it back, even though it's 7 years old. Cost about $125 with a Groupon. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was finished around 5:30. They do superior work! Highly recommend this place for Auto detailing.

We were traveling from Niagara Falls Canada to Indiana with inclement weather conditions. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Despite just closing the offered us coffee and accommodated us with warm drinks. Fabulous lady and staff. Thanks so much dunkin Lansing on Saginaw hey.
