Curtis and Jason went out of their way helping me get into a car. A deer had hit me, totalling my other car and I stopped in to see if they could get me another car. They both were very pleasant, understanding and treated me well during the car buying process. I am so thankful to both for assisting me in obtaining a vehicle. The price of the car was fair market value and in really good condition and a 2018 with low mileage.

My fiancé went there tonight to try and get us a car because we’re having a baby and need to upgrade. Our credit is bad so my fiancé went there and the manager thought my fiancé said that he was quitting his job in a month instead of hearing what he was actually saying. My fiancé told the manager that his job was moving in a month so the manager said the corporate company that he was quitting his job so he got declined because of that. Not declined because of his credit but because of the stupid manager!! Do better Byrider and hire better employees smh!!

Great Staff, super helpful, honest & open about the vehicles on their lot. Bought the only car I test drove due to the salesman’s knowledge on the vehicles.
